demigod (3)

(noun) - partly + god = a mythological being with power between than of a mortal and a god; a person who seems to approach the divine.

demiliter (5)

(noun) - part + liter = half a liter. Note: this is not a common usage, and seems to occur more in Europe and in food and drink circles.

demisemiquaver (4)

(noun) - part + half + quaver = a thirty-second note, i.e. a musical note with 1/32nd the time of a whole note.

hemidemisemiquaver (4)

(noun) - half + part + half + quaver = a sixty-fourth note, i.e. a musical note with 1/64th the time of a whole note.
