Mlynecek Pension and Family Resort - house rules.
House rules for hygiene and safety
We are a small resort, and as such often rent the place to groups while staff is not present. To ensure everyone's safety AND that of the property, we have a few rules we ask guests to observe.
Bath - No diving, glass containers, smoking. A responsible adult must accompany Young children. It is not intended as a swimming pool, however keeping in mind other bathers and safety, swimming may be allowed. A shower should be taken before bathing. For exclusively reserved groups, the bath may be clothing-optional. For non-exclusive guests this is up to the common consent of the renters.
Books, tapes, games, etc. Please take very good care of these materials. Do not write in or damage them, and rewind and replace items when done.
Cleanliness - While the staff take care of maintenance and general cleaning, guests should clean up after themselves, esp. doing their own dishes after each meal and cleaning up their own spills and messes.
Fishing - The pond is a public area. A license is required. Mlynecek Pension has made arrangements with the village and can sell the required licenses.
Gates - They should be locked during the day esp if no one is around, and must be locked at night.
Household equipment - Aside from outside sports equipment, water toys and items for the BBQ, household items should not be taken outside and in no case taken from the property. Household equipment and recreation items are meant for use by guests on the premises and should not be removed or taken home.
Noise - Mlynecek is a quiet woodland recreation center. Naturally, normal sports and kids noise is expected as well as reasonable volume music. However, please pay attention to the fishermen and try to keep volume reasonable.
Local laws - We want to keep good relations in our community, so all local laws must be followed.
Smoking - No smoking indoors or in the bath area. Smoking permitted only on balconies, and outside the house.
Staff - To keep prices reasonable, we have a minimum of staff. During the week the place is normally unstaffed. In case of emergencies, please call the contact number for staff assistance. Over the weekend there are usually staff members present.
Special note - These rules apply to both exclusive-rental guests and guests who rent just a room on a shared basis. However, it is even more important to be kind to other guests when you are not members of a single group.
